As part of the Regional Phenomena quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Purah will send you off in four directions, with Zora’s Domain at the easternmost one, after getting to know you and catching you up to speed.

The Zora Domain quest in Tears of the Kingdom is most likely the longest of the game’s four main goals. It’s simple enough to get to the Zoras’ house, but there are a few steps you need to take before you can consider working with an old friend.

This is Sidon and the other Zora people’s home, as those who are familiar with the original will know. The “Sidon of the Zora” quest will have many goals after you get there and begin it, such as “The Broken Slate,” “Clues to the Sky,” and “Land of the Sky Fish.”

The Zora Domain is populated by shark people, but disease plagued them: sludge that is falling from the sky and contaminating their water is making the Zora people ill. Only our hero, Link, and his ally Sidon of the Zora Domain are suitable for the job at hand. Without further ado, here is our Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Sidon of the Zora quest game walkthrough.

Where to Find Zora Domain?

This one is fairly simple. Follow the path east of the stable, the wells at Goponga Village Ruins, and Lanayru Wetlands. You’ll be on the right path if you follow the bridges.

This applies to the entire journey. Follow the bridges and keep traveling east. You know you’re heading in the right direction when sludge is there. Try any splash fruit you have if it starts to bother you.

When the bridges change from traditional wood or stone to blue and white marbled —albeit dirtier than usual—you know you’re close to Zora’s Domain. Your entry into the Domain is the Great Zora Bridge.

What to do in Zora Domain?

The sludge that is coming from the sky has made this formerly elegant city filthy for these people who love water. Furthermore, Prince Sidon is nowhere to be found.

When you arrive, go to the main plaza, and locate a statue coated with muck. Talk to the green woman standing in front of the statue to learn that no splash fruit is available while the statue requires cleaning. The Sludge-Covered Statue’s Main Quest is then given to you.

How to Beat Sidon of Zora Domain?

To begin with, you must travel to the Zora Domain and find Sidon, an old friend. To find him, Link will have to travel up to Mipha’s Court.

You have to go to Toto Lake and speak with historian Jiahto after we see Sidon. Jiahto’s slate will be broken, and our hero Link, will have to fix it. It will tell you the solution to how to stop the sludge from flowing into the Zora Domain, leaving us with even more unanswered questions.

To figure out the first part of the riddle, we must listen in on some children’s conversations and find King Dorephan to ask him what the “mark of the king” is. Even though Dorephan has seen worse, he can send Link on his way.

Finding the “land of the sky fish” is required for the following part of the puzzle. But first, we have to take on a Sludge Like. Finding the “droplet” when we finally reach the land of the sky fish will allow us to explore a completely new region.

After the puzzle is solved, we’ll go into the Ancient Zora Waterworks, where several pipes are blocked. We’ll go about clearing these pipes, much like a temple, and then we’ll come back up.

We can finally move on to Wellspring Island, where gravity is lower than it is in Hyrule, now that the Ancient Zora Waterworks’ pipes have been unblocked. Before we arrive at our next temple, we’ll bounce in a lot of bubbles.

You’ll arrive at the Water Temple after passing through Wellspring Island. It’s our responsibility to restore service to the four blocked faucets here because water is needed.

After the Water Temple’s faucets are fixed, we’ll face a slimy little Mucktorok in one last confrontation. Although the fight is messy and takes place in an arena, it won’t be too difficult for us to move around.

You’ll finish the Sidon of Zora Domain quest line in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom once you’ve finished everything. It’s suggested that you proceed to Gerudo Town next.
