Bayley was away for well over a year after suffering an ACL injury while training at the WWE Performance Center. She finally returned during WWE SummerSlam last year, alongside Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky. Bayley missed out on competing a WrestleMania for the last two years and it appears that really angered her.

Bayley tore her ACL back in 2021 while training at the WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando. It took her over a year to return to WWE television and now she is back to being a mainstay of WWE television.

At WrestleMania 37, Bayley did not compete in a match and was instead part of a brief segment with Hulk Hogan and Titus O’Neil. She missed out on WrestleMania 38 due to the aforementioned injury.

While speaking with Fightful, Bayley reflected on missing WrestleMania and admitted that she was boiling inside when it came to the entire situation.

So, let’s just start there. That was the stinger that really messed me up. After everything I’d done, I didn’t get to wrestle at WrestleMania. So that was the one time we were in front of fans, and then we were back in front of screens, then they put me back on and then I got hurt. So I was boiling inside for the longest time while I was injured. That’s why I knew I needed to bring in some reinforcements, to make sure that that would never happen again. Dakota and Iyo, I love you.”

During the WWE live event in Salisbury, MD earlier last month, Bayley suffered an injury to her knee during her match featuring Asuka and Charlotte Flair. That said, she didn’t suffer a severe injury. We’ll have to see what WWE will have planned for her once Bayley is a 100% again.

What are your thoughts on what Bayley said? Do you feel bad for her? Let us know in the comments!
