Later in the episode, we see that Captain Kurotsuchi says that he has put Shunsui to all squad members, as it is only 30% if even someone like him should be able to manage. Shunsui says that he appreciates his fair assessment of his capabilities.

With this, Shunsui while addressing all the captains says that they have sent the latest map to their devices because the enemy’s invasion has changed the topography.
When he asks them to look at the map, he says that the red symbols on the map indicate the location of the remaining barracks. Regardless of their squad, rendezvous at the nearest barracks, they should get their orders from the senior officer.
