MTV has announced the first set of performers for the 2023 Video Music Awards. Taking the stage at Newark’s Prudential Center are Demi Lovato, Karol G, Måneskin, and the K-pop group Stray Kids. The VMAs are set to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, September 12.

Lovato, who is releasing the new album Revamped on September 15, is up for two awards at the 2023 VMAs: Best Pop and Video for Good, both for “Swine.”

Earlier this month, Karol G shared Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season). She secured three 2023 nominations at the VMAs: Artist of the Year, as well as Best Collaboration and Best Latin for “TQG.”

Måneskin performed the Rush! single “Supermodel” at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards. The Italian group is up for Best Rock for “The Loneliest.”

Stray Kids will perform “S-Class” at the VMAs. The video for the 5-Star track is also up for Best K-Pop.
