Both the “Renaissance” tour by Beyonce and the Eras tour by Swift are projected to become some of the highest-grossing tours of all time. Forbes reported that the “Renaissance” tour has the potential to generate between $275 million and $2.4 billion from ticket sales alone by the time it concludes in September.
On the other hand, the Eras tour is expected to earn Taylor Swift around $1.9 billion. These impressive figures reflect the immense popularity and widespread appeal of these two talented artists on their respective tours.

Some fans have been taken aback by the availability of “Listen Only” and “Obstructed View” tickets currently being offered for sale. These tickets come with the caveat of having partially obstructed views of the stage, primarily due to the venue’s location or seating arrangement. Consequently, they are being offered at a lower price compared to other ticket options.

Despite the lower price of “listen only’ and “obstructed view” tickets, many fans have voiced their concerns, arguing that they are still being charged too much, especially when they find themselves unable to see the stage at all due to significant obstructed views in some cases.
According to the Independent, some fans shared their experience of purchasing “obstructed view” seats at Taylor Swift’s recent shows for $50 (about £38), only to realize that these seats were situated directly behind the main stage. As a result, their view of the singer was limited to just their entry onto the walkway, and they were unable to have a clear view of the entire performance.

The fan claimed that they were not informed about the obstructed view when they bought the tickets, adding to their disappointment.

Reports surfaced stating that shortly after the sale, some of these tickets were being re-listed on secondary ticketing platforms like StubHub for staggering prices, reaching as high as $22,700 (£19,100) each.
