Sir Paul McCartney has announced that, in addition to making stops in Australia and Brazil, his ongoing “Got Back” tour will be heading to Mexico. The former Beatle will play show at Mexico City’s Foro Sol stadium on November 14th, marking the first time he’ll play in the country in six years.

“I’m very excited to say I’m coming to Mexico to play some gigs with my ‘Got Back’ tour in November,” McCartney said in a statement. “I’ve got such great memories of Mexico. Every time we come we have a beautiful time. So, we’re going to make some more great memories. We’re going to rock, we’re going to roll. And we’re going to have a party. Fiesta!”
What Is Paul McCartney’s Mexico City Show?
Paul McCartney previously announced that he’ll be heading to Australia and Brazil for a new leg of the “Got Back” tour earlier this month. Now, he’s confirmed that the tour will stop in Mexico as well, marking the first show that he’s played there since 2017.
The show will be one night only, on November 14th at Foro Sol, a stadium in Mexico City. It’ll come just 10 days after the conclusion of the Australian leg of the tour, and about two weeks before Sir Paul is set to do his run through Brazil.

There have been no announcements regarding an opener or supporting act to join Paul McCartney on his “Got Back” tour.
How Can I Get Tickets to Paul McCartney’s Mexico City Show?
Tickets for Paul McCartney’s Mexico City show go on sale via Ticketmaster on September 2nd at 8:00 a.m. ET.
Prior to that, there will be an exclusive pre-sale offered to those who are subscribed to McCartney’s mailing list (which you can sign up for here). Those tickets will become available on August 29th at 3:00 a.m. ET.
There will also be a pre-sale offered to Citibank users, who can use the first six digits of their card codes to access pre-sale tickets. That offer will begin on August 30th for Black Card holders, on August 31st for Elite Card holders, and on September 1st for all Citibank card holders.
