Who Are The Judges?
Steven Hodge: The proprietor of Vancouver’s Temper Chocolate & Pasty will serve as a judge for the next CW competition. His mother taught him to bake when he was a little child, but he began working in kitchens professionally while he was a student at the California School of Culinary Arts.
While working there, he was told by another chef about the challenges of being a successful pastry chef, but this just fueled his determination to succeed. Before moving to Vancouver and working as an executive chef for the Glowbal Group, the Great Chocolate Showdown judge held positions at Wolfgang Puck Catering and Porto’s Bakery.
Anna Olson: Previously, the Food Network Canada star could be seen on programs like Bake with Anna Olson, Anna’s Occasions, Fresh with Anna Olson, Inspired with Anna Olson, and others.
Cynthia Stroud: After being born in Nigeria, the television personality was raised by her grandparents until she was ten years old. She made her first cake when she was 8 years old.
