WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is one of the biggest and most influential names in the pro wrestling business and has accomplished a lot in the industry. However, Hogan has also been known for his eccentric remarks throughout his career. That said, it appears Hulk Hogan allegedly refused to work with Dustin Rhodes due to his skinny arms.
Hulk Hogan is a legendary figure in the world of professional wrestling, with his name being synonymous with the sport. While he may no longer be as beloved as he once was, there’s no denying just how important Hogan has been to the industry.
The Hulkster has been accused of using his backstage influence to derail ushes and outright refusing to work with talent over the years. Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter and claimed that Hogan refused to work with him due to his skinny arms.
“Tbf, even though he was undoubtedly a huge superstar in the biz, was a catalyst to progressing sports entertainment, I could care less for Hogan. He didn’t want to work with me at a pitched Wrestlemania because he said I had buggy whip arms. That still doesn’t sit right with me but he was a huge star in the biz. Wrestlemania 9 I believe.”
For those who don’t know, ‘buggy whip arms’ means having a large body and very skinny arms. Hulk Hogan also believes he should have ended his pro wrestling career around the 20-year mark. Regardless, we will have to wait and see what’s next in store for the Hulkster.
