Jade Cargill lost the TBS Title at Double or Nothing to Kris Statlander, who wasn’t even scheduled to appear on the show at first. Cargill made that title her own, and a break was needed after that long title run. It seems that she hasn’t made herself much of a stranger.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Jade Cargill was actually backstage at AEW Dynamite recently. The former TBS Champion was backstage last week for the show.
Jade Cargill was at the August 9 episode of AEW Dynamite. She is still under contract with All Elite Wrestling and has been taking some planned time off from the company.
Jade Cargill is not the only surprising name to pop up backstage in AEW recently. Summer Rae was also on hand backstage for AEW Dynamite this week.
It’s unclear when Jade Cargill will come back, but she’s not done with AEW right now. Hopefully, her time away from the ring will come to an end soon, because she has a ton of fans who certainly miss seeing her.
We will keep our eyes peeled for any new signs of Jade Cargill right now. If anything, she could certainly use that break from the ring, because she deserved it by battling for so long with that title in tow.
