Purple Kiss is the 4th Generation South Korean Girl Group formed under RBW Entertainment. The group was originally comprised of seven members Na Go-eun, Dosie, Park Ji-Eun, Ireh, Yuki, Chaein and Swan. But on November 18, 2022, Park Ji-eun left the group due to health issues. Therefore, the group is currently active as a six-member group.
RBW began the promotion of the members in 2018. They made a Youtube Channel where RBW would post daily activities and dance practices of their female trainees. Then RBW via Youtube, revealed the final seven members who would debut alongside the other trainees who couldn’t make it to the final lineup.
Purple Kiss then officially debuted on March 15, 2021with EP “Into Violet”. The group released two EPs before its debut too, which rose their popularity even more in their pre-debut era. The fandom name of Purple Kiss is PLORY (플로리), compound of two words, PURPLE KISS + Glory, which means the glory of Purple Kiss.

Na Go-eun
Na Go-Eun is the main vocalist and leader of Purple Kiss. Her MBTI is ENFP. She was a contestant on the music survival show Produce 48 but was eliminated with rank #29. In high school, she was in the same class as Loona’s Chuu and Kim Lip. Her role model is Taeyeon (Girls’ Generation). Her representative emoji is Cat.

Dosie, also known by her birth name Jang Eun Seong, is the main dancer and vocalist of the group. She was born in Busan, South Korea. Her MBTI is INTJ previously, it was INFP. She was on the 2017 K-pop survival show MIXNINE but got eliminated with Rank #78.
Dosie was the first member to join RBW as a trainee in 2016. She is a hardcore fan of GOT7, and her role model is Wonder Girls. She is acquainted with Stayc’s member ISA. Her representative emoji is Shark.

Ireh
Ireh is also known by her birth name Cho Seo Young. She is the Mian Dancer and Vocalist of the group. She is popular in a group for making weird expressions, and for fans, it’s her charming point. Yuki
Yuki is the only foreign member of the group. Her birth name is Mori Koyuki, and her nationality is Japanese. Her MBTI is ISFJ. She joined RBW in 2018. She is the main rapper and lead dancer of the group.

Chaein

Swan

Ji-Eun (Former Member)
Park Ji-Eun was the vocalist of the group. She was a trainee under RBW for four years before her debut. She was also a contestant in Produce 48 but was eliminated with Rank #80. Her MBTI is INFP, and her representative emoji in the group was Dog.
Ji-Eun left the group on 18 November 2021 after being diagnosed with anxiety and depression, where she needed well rest.

Purple Kiss: Songs and Albums
The group released two single Pre-debut EPs, “My Heart Skip a Beat” and “Can We Talk Again”. Their pre-debut songs were a hit that anticipated fans from their debut and future projects.
Then the group debuted with EP “Into Violet” on March 15, 2021. They released their second EP, “Hide & Seek,” the same year on September 8, 2021. In 2022, the group comeback with two EPs, “MemeM” on March 29, 2022, and “Geekyland” on July 25, 2022.
Their latest comeback as a group of six members in 2023 was EP “Cabin Crew,” released on July 25, 2022. Purple Kiss also made their debut in Japan with the Japanese EP “Dear Violet” on March 22, 2023, under Victor Entertainment.
