City of Arrogance Chapter 7 will see the male lead making an advance on the female lead and making her a little uncomfortable. This was a given when the male lead was introduced. The guy is more beautiful than the female lead. And this is not to say in a feminine way, and he is a himbo that can look beautiful without sacrificing his testosterone.

But then again, redhead-type male leads have an appeal to them that is unlike anything else. Sure, whatever body type you can think has a husbando material out there, and the male lead falls under the fair-skin read-head archetype. However, it is the character that makes them stand out, and the male lead screams that he should be paid attention to.

Compared to him, the female lead looks lacking, and her character lacks charisma too. But this could be part of the character development and shows how she, too, can be a queen worthy of standing next to him. The character development for her will be important in the series as she will be facing some political rivals of male leaders.

City of Arrogance Chapter 6 showed that this is another Yumejoshi story with lost lore. This is a trademark of the genre where only those deemed to be Singularity are considered important. No matter how they act or do, their Kingdom is all that matters in the end.

Given how many of them are, could it be possible that there is a time traveler who is enforcing the idea of monarchy? But we digress. The lack of modern values in these types of stories is nothing new, and when it does come, it is dusted off. We see that happening with the male lead, who thought of his relationship with people as transactional.

Sure, it makes him fit to be a ruler, but he won’t be a just ruler who will do the right thing. However, this is where the female lead comes in and shows how she can fix him in the long run. Meanwhile, he is also partaking in some of his less nefarious schemes in the series without giving it much thought.

City of Arrogance Chapter 7 Spoilers

Things will be heating up in City of Arrogance Chapter 7 for the Empress as her husband is undeterred to sleep alongside her. The empress had only agreed to marry him as a part of the agreement and, in turn, take a share of his burden on herself. But, if it were to go that way, it wouldn’t be as interesting for the readers to dig into the series.

The male lead has questionable morals, but he is ambitious. And nothing says peek male lead material than a male lead that lacks morals with only ambition on his mind.

Also, nothing says Peek Yumejoshi fantasy than a female lead that gets a front seat with a male lead like that. The dynamic between the characters has yet to be established, but the fan service will carry the series for the time being.
